You have been in the company for 10 years. You cannot complain as this has been the best 10 years of your life. In other words, you love your job and the company as well. Whenever you are being interviewed, you always check with the company if they offer the same benefits with your previous company, you ask them if you can sit in and have a feel of the working relationship within the team. Because of this, you are still jobless for about six months now. Your unemployment benefits to be extended. You are still in that constant search for a company that will mirror what you have with your previous one. They were praises about you on how your job history with your previous company shows your loyalty and your burning passion about your job however the downside is you keep comparing them with your previous company. In situations like these, the government does not allow extended unemployment benefits to be granted because you are employable, only you choose not to. This is one of the many situations that the government has in their hands which is why extending unemployment benefits are being scrutinized by the labor sector so that they can provide this privilege to those who need it.
